Spam or not?

Fiverr doesn't really send out tons of emails like most companies. They actually send out emails based on their blog post or whenever someone pays for a job or when a freelancer gets a gig. A lot of the alerts I've received about Fiverr comes from news about the company. I think the company does a good job with not spamming people with a lot of unnecessary emails. I would not change this behavior, because they may start losing their customers if they do. Once again the company's strategic marketing is serving them well.

4.3 Million Gigs?

As discussed in my other post, Fiverr uses transactional methods and multichannel models to reach out to their customers. The entire purpose of fiver is to use freelancers to make them money. For example, if someone like myself pays a freelancer $20 for s service, Fiverr will get $1 or $2 from the transaction. It seems little, but there in 2015, Fiverr created 4.3 million gigs . That's a lot of gigs and those numbers surely adds up.  Personally, this method is such a genius. There is nothing like using other people to make you money. That's a true business method, because I can almost guarantee that the owners don not spend a lot of their time running their business, because the business is basically automated.  Honestly, there is not a better way to make money. I'd rather have other people do all of the work and make me money, than to have to work extra hard to make myself money. It's just smarter.

Fiver customer PII

I believe that Fiverr handles  customer PII through user accounts and information when a person creates an account. Also, they handle it whenever someone makes a purchase or sells things on the site. I believe it's also handled through mailmen someone contacts them.  I've never been hacked on Fiverr, so the company is doing well in keeping their customer's information safe.
