How to determine market strategies

I believe that Fiverr handles  customer PII through user accounts and information when a person creates an account. Also, they handle it whenever someone makes a purchase or sells things on the site. I believe it's also handled through mailmen someone contacts them.  I've never been hacked on Fiverr, so the company is doing well in keeping their customer's information safe. 

Personally, Fiver's web presence is great, because it's easy to navigate and read. The colors are a good mixture and do not hurt the eyes. They use pictures and videos. The mobile app os not hard to find. Just type in Fiverr.
